SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping for all Australia wide orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $10.00. We also offer express shipping at a flat rate of $15.00 Australia wide.

We do not ship to PO Box address, hotels or parcel lockers.

We are currently using Australia Post to dispatch all orders to our Australian and international customers.

All orders placed are sent from our studio in Upper Orara, NSW, Australia.

DELIVERY TIMES + PROCESSING

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. You will be given a tracking number which can be used to keep updated with the delivery of your parcel. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us as soon as possible at hello@atlantissoul.com.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

We will always attempt to ship orders within 48 hours (including local deliveries), please allow up to 3-5 business days during sale events.

Within Australia Standard Post: 2-8 business days

Within Australia Express Post: 2-4 business days

International Standard Post: 14-30 business days

International Air Post: 8-14 business days

PLASTIC FREE SHIPPING

Are are proud to ship all parcels using plastic free options, such as cardboard boxes, tissue paper and brown kraft paper wrapping to protect your products as they're being delivered to you. As these materials break down naturally, they can be placed in your compost or organics waste bin.

CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTIES/TAXES

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Atlantis Soul is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

TRADITIONAL PLACE NAMES

To acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land your item is being delivered on, you can include the traditional place name in the address field at checkout. It is recommended that you position the Traditional Place name below your name and above your street address.

To find Traditional Place names, check AIATSIS, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Councils, or Cultural Centres in your local area.

We work on and ship all orders from our studio on Gumbaynggirr Country.
